It's where Wasatch Front Fungi started, and it's still one of our favorite parts of the week. The farmers market is a chance to meet the people who eat our mushrooms, to talk through how to cook them, what pairs well, and why a lion's mane prepared the right way might change how you think about meat altogether.

Every cultivated mushroom on our table was grown by us, not sourced, not resold, grown. From culture work to harvest, we know exactly where each mushroom came from because we were there for all of it.
Our product is our pride. We keep our mushrooms cold from harvest to sale insuring you get the best mushroom every time.
